Panel Design

Our control panels are manufactured in house by a team of experienced technicians. We use quality components which have been tried and tested over years of product development.

Each panel is manufactured to the highest standards and to the latest electrical regulations. A methodical approach is employed to internal layouts with the addition of project specific engraved Trafolyte mimics for easy identification of components.

 

Following all panel fabrications, we comprehensively test each panel, which can include full systems tests (DCS, PLC, PC, BMS, etc.). We encourage our customers to inspect all our panels prior to shipment whether a FAT is required or not. We also perform site installation and SAT, if required.

Panels are then checked for defects by our quality manager and once signed for approval are CE certified before being packaged. All shipping arrangements are agreed with the client prior to manufacture, which can include transport method and delivery times.
