Panel Design & Systems Fabrication
At ACal Technologies, we design and build bespoke control panels and systems to meet the precise requirements of each project. We use quality components that have been tried and tested over decades of product development, and all panels are manufactured to the highest standards, in full compliance with the latest electrical regulations.
Every panel we produce is CE certified, with full documentation provided as standard.
Our Fabrication Process
Following all panel fabrications, we carry out comprehensive factory testing of each panel. These tests can include full systems tests across DCS, PLC, PC, and BMS platforms. We actively encourage our customers to inspect all panels prior to shipment — whether or not a formal Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) is required.
Site installation and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) are also available if needed.
Upon project completion, we assemble a full handover documentation package, including appropriate certificates, test results, and CE certification.
CE Certification
CE marking demonstrates a product’s compliance with EU legislation. ACal Technologies provides CE certification for all manufactured products, giving our customers confidence that every system we deliver meets all applicable legal and safety requirements.
System Design & Validation
The demand for lower operating costs and improved manufacturing productivity — without sacrificing quality or regulatory compliance — is at the heart of how we approach every design.
Functional Design Specifications (FDS) are generated and submitted for customer pre-approval before any system is manufactured. This ensures that all project goals, milestones, and technical requirements are agreed upon from the outset.

Our qualified personnel work closely with your team to meet validation and compliance requirements, adding real value at every stage of the project lifecycle.
Ongoing Maintenance & Modifications
ACal Technologies also provides a maintenance service for ongoing back-up support and system modifications, including instrumentation calibration, ensuring your investment continues to perform at its best long after commissioning.
